Join Instructor April Brophy for a three-part Yoga series workshop that teaches you how to properly do four Yoga poses. You may attend one, two, or all three workshops.

“How To Yoga Workshop”

  • Full Backbend – Monday 2/15 from 11am-1pm
  • Crow –  Tuesday 2/16 from 11am-1pm
  • Headstand & Handstand – Thursday 2/18 from 11am-1pm

All workshops will be held at MSF Queen Creek, in the MindBody room. 

Cost to attend: $30/workshop, or $80 for all three. 

Each workshop can accommodate a max of 8 participants
