GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our group fitness classes offer a dynamic and motivating environment where participants of all fitness levels can come together to achieve their health and wellness goals. With a diverse range of classes, from high-energy cardio workouts to mind-body practices like yoga and Pilates, our group fitness sessions cater to a variety of objectives. Our certified instructors provide expert guidance and support, creating a sense of community that makes each class a fun and effective way to stay active and committed to a healthier lifestyle.
Group fitness classes are included in your membership at no additional cost. Enrolling in classes through our user-friendly app is a seamless and convenient way to secure your spot in your favorite fitness sessions with just a few taps on your smartphone.

IGNITE CLASSES
AMP’d: Focus on strength and resistance movements, interspersed with bursts of cardio to build muscle. A variety of equipment and exercise techniques will be used to make you stronger, increase your endurance, and improve your speed and agility. All levels welcome.
BOOT CAMP: A total body workout using a variety of equipment, exercises, drills, and class setup. Each class offers a new mix of strength, balance, core, flexibility, and cardio. All levels welcome.
CIRCUIT TRAINING: Rotate through stations of both strength and cardio exercises, targeting the whole body, using a variety of equipment. Set-up and execution will vary each class. All levels welcome.
DANCE FUSION: Dance choreography set to a variety of music and dance styles. All levels welcome.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: Improve balance, core, and coordination with exercises that use multiple joints, muscles, and planes of movement. All levels welcome.
GLUTES, CARDIO, & CORE:Focus on strengthening your lower body and core muscles through various sets of resistance based exercises, short cardio bursts, and floor work utilizing a variety of equipment. All levels welcome.
HEAT: High Energy Athletic Training is designed to push you out of your comfort zone with various athletic drills, endurance based strength training and heavy lifting, and bursts of cardio intervals, utilizing a variety of equipment. All levels welcome.
HIGH FITNESS: Modernized, easy to follow, choreographed aerobics set to music you know and love. All levels welcome.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is a method of repeated bouts of high-intensity, short duration intervals, intermingled with recovery. Comprised equally of strength and cardio exercises, this format can boost fat burning for up to 48 hours. All levels welcome.
HIP HOP: Dance choreography set to Hip Hop and Top 40 songs. All levels welcome.
MUSCLE: A full body strength and resistance training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. All levels welcome.
MUSCLE ENDURANCE: A full body strength and resistance training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. Short bursts of cardio and other maximizing fitness techniques included. All levels welcome.
MUSCLE LOWER BODY: A strength and resistance training class that highlights a lower body emphasis, using a variety of equipment, short segments of cardio, and core exercises all designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. All levels welcome.
PEAK PERFORMANCE: A small group, circuit-style class that uses a combination of TRX, rowers, treadmills and a variety of other equipment. All levels welcome.
PEAK PERFORMANCE HIIT: A small group, circuit-style class designed for a high calorie burn that may include TRX, rowers, treadmills and more. All levels welcome.
POWER KICK: A cardio kickboxing class comprised of combinations and drills that may use body weight, equipment, and/or heavy bags. Combinations are set to the beat of the music. Participants may bring gloves if desired. All levels welcome.
POWER STEP: A new take on classic Step, which includes Step choreography and introduces Hip Hop, along with strength training. All levels welcome.
STEP: A form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform, or step. The class is designed using sequences, or choreography, so all participants move in unison to the beat of the music. All levels welcome.
STEP AND SCULPT: form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform, or step. The class is designed using sequences, or choreography, so all participants move in unison to the beat of the music. Elements of strength training and muscle toning are included. All levels welcome.
SURGE FIT: A workout comprised of high repetition weight training and high intensity cardio, choreographed to music you know and love. All levels welcome.
SURGE STRENGTH: A high-repetition, targeted, weight training workout, choreographed to music you know and love. All levels welcome.
TABATA: A version of HIIT that always consists of a 20 second interval of work followed by a 10 second recovery. This specific interval is repeated over the course of class. All levels welcome.

Accelerate (Cycle) Classes
CYCLE FUSE: This ride combines the best of both Sport and Studio Cycle all in one. All levels welcome.
DJ CYCLE:
Ride to music provided by a live DJ. Upper body choreography and light weights may be incorporated. All levels welcome. (Flashing lights may be used.)
SPORT CYCLE: This ride simulates outdoor cycling with hills, flats, and sprints by incorporating various intervals of strength and endurance geared towards maximizing your athleticism. All levels welcome.
STUDIO CYCLE: This ride is taught to the beat of the music using upper body choreography. Light weights may be incorporated. All levels welcome.
Serenity (Mind & Body)
BARRE SCULPT:This ballet-inspired format focuses on toning and sculpting, both at the barre and on the mat. A variety of props may be used. All levels welcome. (Members are encouraged to bring their own mats.)
BARRE CHOREO: Every song is choreographed to the beat of the music in this ballet-inspired format. A variety of props may be used. All levels welcome. (Members are encouraged to bring their own mats.)
PILATES MAT: Focus on strengthening the core muscles, improving balance, and enhancing flexibility and posture through controlled, precise movements. A variety of props may be used. All levels welcome. (Members are encouraged to bring their own mats.)
MATFORMER PILATES: Designed to simulate a Reformer workout on the mat without the use of large equipment. Focus on strengthening, lengthening, and flexibility using bands and other small props. All levels welcome. (Members are encouraged to bring their own mats.)
PILATES CHOREO: Set to the beat of the music, each song is choreographed unto itself. Focus on strengthening the core muscles, improving balance, and enhancing flexibility and posture. A variety of props may be used. All levels welcome. (Members are encouraged to bring their own mats.)
YOGA: Experience the tranquility of movement as you connect mind, body, and spirit through a mixture of poses. This class is akin to a Hatha practice, moving from pose to pose, not a sequenced series. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
GENTLE YOGA: Experience the tranquility of movement as you connect mind, body and spirit through a mixture of softer, slower-paced poses, with options and stretching included. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
FLOW YOGA: Focus on connecting breath with movement. Progress through a series of poses to form sequences as you inhale and exhale. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
POWER YOGA: Akin to a Hatha practice, not a sequenced series, advance your practice exploring inversions and arm balances. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
POWER FLOW YOGA: Combine components of Flow and Power. Focus on connecting breath with movement through a series of sequences as you inhale and exhale, while exploring inversions and arm balances. All level welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
YIN YOGA: Focus on stretching deep into myofascia by holding poses for 3-5 minutes. Performed on the floor, this is a slow-paced, therapeutic practice. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
RESTORATIVE YOGA: A gentle practice designed to restore a balanced state. Poses are held for 5 minutes. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
YOGA SCULPT: Incorporate strength, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercise into traditional yoga sequences. A variety of props may be incorporated. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
YOGA NIDRA: Experience deep relaxation during a guided meditation meant to positively impact and recondition your mind’s subconscious layers. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats and blankets.)
SIMPLY STRETCH: Total body stretching, designed to improve alignment, range of motion, and relaxation. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
CORE ON THE FLOOR: Focus on strengthening core muscles and lower body utilizing a variety of techniques and props. All levels welcome. (It is recommended members provide their own mats.)
SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC: SilverSneakers Classic offers seated and standing exercises to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Designed for senior age groups.
