Mountainside Fitness has more than 80 group fitness classes every week at most locations. Choose from a variety of classes including: Yoga, Spin, Zumba, HIIT, Barre, mat Pilates and many more. All experience levels welcome, our certified instructors will help you get the most out of your class.
Our fitness centers have 3 fitness studios so you can choose the classes you enjoy. Our dedicated yoga studio gets you in the right frame of mind so our instructors can help you get the most out of your yoga practice. The cycle studio features state of the art equipment, crystal clear sound systems and lighting that means business. The Group X studio is large and spacious so you have space to get the most out of your favorite class whether it be Zumba, Tabata or one of our many other options.
