Mountainside Fitness partners with, and participates in, various health insurance programs that provide incentives to its members as they exercise and stay healthy. Below is a list of plans from our current partners. If your health insurance company is not listed below but does have an incentive plan with participating fitness clubs, please let them know about Mountainside Fitness as we would love to start a conversation with them.

Insured in an AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan?

Mountainside Fitness is now partnering with the AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan administered by UnitedHealthcare. Members of the AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan administered by UnitedHealthcare will be eligible to receive special membership rates to Mountainside Fitness. This program is available to Arizona residents who are insured members covered under an AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan insured by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company (UnitedHealthcare).

Mountainside Fitness is proud to partner with Silver&Fit® as a designated Fitness Facility. Silver&Fit® is a fitness and healthy aging program designed by American Specialty Health (ASH). The program is designed specifically for older adults. You may obtain access to Silver&Fit® as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance companies’ Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans such as BlueCrossBlueShield, HealthNet, and Cigna. If you have Medicare and are a Silver&Fit® member through BCBS AZ, Health Net, and Cigna AZ, you are eligible to receive a full access membership which includes Mountainside Fitness.

Mountainside Fitness and Silver&Fit® believe that healthy living is a choice for life. The Silver&Fit® program is for Medicare beneficiaries who want to improve their quality of life by being more active and learning how to make better health choices.

The UnitedHealthcare Wellness Fitness Reimbursement Program rewards eligible members for achieving fitness goals. If you work for a UnitedHealthcare customer with 2-99 employees, you may be eligible for this program. To learn more and find out if you qualify, call our Customer Care. Get Fit. Earn Rewards.

Humana Go365

Mountainside Fitness is a participant in Humana’s Go365 program which allows members to earn rewards each time they participate in activities that are aligned with their individual health and fitness goals. If you are a Humana member and registered in the Go365 program, each time you work out at Mountainside Fitness your visits are tracked and you earn rewards that can be redeemed in the Go365 Mall. The more rewards earned, the more options they have to choose from.
