Mountainside Fitness partners with, and participates in, various health insurance programs that provide incentives to its members as they exercise and stay healthy. Below is a list of plans from our current partners. If your health insurance company is not listed below but does have an incentive plan with participating fitness clubs, please let them know about Mountainside Fitness as we would love to start a conversation with them.
Medicare and Employer-Based Programs
SilverSneakers is a FREE fitness benefit available through many Medicare Advantage plans and select Medicare Supplement plans. If your health plan includes SilverSneakers, your membership is covered for free at any Mountainside Fitness location. Go to SilverSneakers.com/Check to see if you have the benefit and obtain your SilverSneakers ID number. Access includes use of all equipment, sauna, steam room, group exercise classes, towel service and more!
Eligible UnitedHealthcare, Alignment Health Plan and Scan Supplement Insurance members may qualify for a complimentary membership at Mountainside Fitness through Renew Active®, a fitness program designed to support both body and mind. This program is available to eligible Arizona residents enrolled in participating UnitedHealthcare plans.

Renew Active is an additional service offered separately from AARP Medicare Supplement Plan benefits, is not insurance, is subject to geographic availability, and may be discontinued at any time.
Mountainside Fitness is proud to partner with Silver&Fit® as an approved fitness facility. Silver&Fit®, created by American Specialty Health (ASH), is a fitness and healthy aging program designed specifically for older adults and eligible Medicare beneficiaries.
Members enrolled in participating Medicare Advantage or Supplement plans through providers such as Banner Health, Health Spring, Molina Healthcare, Physicians Mutual, United American, and Wellcare may qualify for a full-access Mountainside Fitness membership through Silver&Fit®.

EMPLOYER- BASED Programs
Members may qualify for $0 cost monthly membership or reimbursement for healthy activities including workouts at Mountainside Fitness, outdoor exercise, online fitness classes, and more. OnePass offers online and remote check-ins to make tracking activities easy and convenient.
Many UnitedHealthcare members may be eligible, with participation available for members ages 21 and older.

Active&Fit® provides eligible members access to fitness center memberships, home fitness programs, activity tracking, and wellness tools designed to support a healthier, more active lifestyle.
The program is offered through participating health plans and employer groups and may be fully or partially subsidized. Depending on your plan, your membership may be covered in full or require a small annual fee.

Prime® Fitness by Tivity Health® is a fitness program designed for adults ages 18 and older and is offered through participating health plans and employer groups.
Eligible members can enroll by looking for the Prime logo on their insurance card and using the 16-digit member ID number to verify eligibility.
Wellhub (formerly Gympass) makes it easier than ever to prioritize your health and wellness with access to Mountainside Fitness and a variety of fitness and wellness options, all through one convenient membership.
As part of the Wellhub program, participating employers can offer employees access to fitness memberships and wellness benefits through flexible monthly plan options. If your employer partners with Wellhub, you may be eligible to enjoy all the benefits of Mountainside Fitness, including state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, recovery amenities, and more.
