A kickboxing class that includes combinations and drills, as well as other metabolic conditioning (MetCon) exercises, that may use both bodyweight and equipment.

45-min Glutes, Cardio, Core with Lisa Jordan

This class focuses on strengthening your lower body and core muscles through various sets of resistance based exercises, short cardio bursts, and floor work utilizing a variety of equipment. All levels welcome.

45-min AMPd with Liz Jones

A challenging workout that focuses on strength and resistance movements with bursts of cardio to build muscle while keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Special attention is devoted to fatiguing individual muscle groups for optimum results. This format is roughly 2/3 strength, 1/3 cardio.

45-min Flow Yoga with Irene Pakravan

A class focused on connecting breath with movement through a fun mixture of postures. This class will leave you feeling strong, yet calm and focused. All levels welcome.

A total-body workout focused on strength training and core exercises while incorporating fundamentals of ballet. This barre style is designed to sculpt every muscle in your body while lengthening from head to toe.

Equipment Needed: Mat or Towel, a light set of weights and small ball

45-min Muscle with Julie Whitman

A full-body strength training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle.

Equipment Needed: Mat or Towel, two sets of dumbbells, and gliders
