This barre style is designed to sculpt every muscle in your body while lengthening from head to toe while working at the barre or on the mat with bodyweight or various equipment such as light dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs, and exercise balls. All levels welcome.

Equipment Needed: Small Pilates ball & light weights (both optional)

This intense class works the entire body. TABATA training is a form of High-Intensity Interval Training that consists of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest – this interval is repeated over the course of the class. All levels welcome.

Pedal to the beat and be in-sync with your moves in our Studio Cycle class! This class is typically a choreographed ride that may incorporate sculpting with light dumbbells, push-ups, tap-backs, and side-to-side or forward-back motions while incorporating various speeds and resistance levels. All levels welcome.

Equipment Needed: Bike or try on a treadmill!

55-min Flow Yoga with Kandi

A class focused on connecting breath with movement through a fun mixture of postures. This class will leave you feeling strong, yet calm and focused. All levels welcome.

Equipment Needed: Mat or Towel
Optional: Blocks

55-min AMPd with Jenn

A challenging workout that focuses on strength and resistance movements with bursts of cardio to build muscle while keeping your heart rate in the fat-burning zone. Special attention is devoted to fatiguing individual muscle groups for optimum results. This format is roughly 2/3 strength, 1/3 cardio.

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells
Optional Equipment: Loop Band, Kettlebell, Mat

This class has it all - Latin, hip hop, Top 40, etc. Any and all types of dance can be included in this fun, upbeat, cardio-based class. All levels welcome.

A full-body strength training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle.

Equipment Needed: Mat or Towel, two sets of dumbbells, and gliders

Love to dance? Then you'll love Dance Fusion! This class has it all - Latin, hip hop, Top 40, etc. Any and all types of dance can be included in this fun, upbeat, cardio-based class. All levels welcome.

A kickboxing class that includes combinations and drills, as well as other metabolic conditioning (MetCon) exercises.

45-min Muscle with Julie

A full-body strength training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. All levels welcome.

45-min Glutes, Cardio, Core with Lisa

This class focuses on strengthening your lower body and core muscles through various sets of resistance based exercises, short cardio bursts, and floor work utilizing a variety of equipment. All levels welcome.
