Here you can view Mountainside Fitness’ group fitness class schedule. We have more than 80 group fitness classes every week at most locations, all included with your membership. Choose from a variety of classes including Yoga, Spin, Zumba, HllT, Barre, mat Pilates, SilverSneakers and many more. All experience levels welcome and our certified instructors will help you get the most out of your class.
Our fitness centers have three specialized fitness studios so you can choose the classes you enjoy. Our Serenity yoga studio gets you in the right frame of mind so our instructors can help you get the most out of your yoga practice. The Accelerate cycle studio features state-of-the-art LeMond spin bikes, crystal clear sound systems, and lighting which means business. The Ignite Group X studio is large and spacious so you have space to get the most out of your favorite class whether it be Zumba, H.I.I.T., Tabata or one of our many other options.
