Mountainside has more than 80 group fitness classes every week at every location*. We take studio fitness seriously which is why our fitness centers have dedicated Yoga, Cycle and Movement studios. Our certified instructors will help you get the most out of your studio fitness experience. Mind Body Yoga Studio


The dedicated yoga studio at Mountainside Fitness is a comfortable retreat for your body and mind. The Cycle classes at Mountainside Fitness are a great way to get fit! Our certified instructors will motivate and challenge you to reach your goals. Our cycle studio is designed so you enjoy every part of your workout. From our upbeat soundtrack and crystal clear sound system to our lighting, layout and bikes every detail is focused on you having a great experience. Step fitness class at Mountainside Fitness Group X Movement Studio Fitness

Group X Studio

This is our largest studio space where we offer a wide variety of group fitness classes. High energy movement classes like Zumba, Dance Fusion, Step and High Fitness are as fun to do as they are good for you. For classes that include strength training along with conditioning try Tabata, HIIT, AMPD, HEAT and Muscle. You will find that our variety of Barre and Mat Pilates classes help sculpt and strengthen your body with specific focus on legs, core and glutes. All our fitness instructors are certified and their positive energy will get you motivated to achieve your fitness goals so you leave feeling great.
