In this workshop, we will lay down the basics of each posture presented in the Surya Namaskar A, or Sun Salutation A, sequence, then focus on strengthening and refining with drills, use of props, and repeated practice. Transitions between poses will be studied and practiced, as will modifications. Expect to receive plenty of individualized attention and leave with a new understanding of these postures and your body. Open for all levels.
