EQUIPMENT TRAINING: Friday, May 16th, from 12-3pm at MSF Frank Lloyd Wright. Join Senior Group Fitness Director Tanna Phares and MSF Instructor Liz Jones for an in-house Equipment Training. We will review TRX, Kettlebells, BoSu, Gliders, Bands, and Balls– focusing on what each piece of equipment is used for, proper form and technique, then give you loads of exercises pertaining to each item. This training will help you diversify your workouts, feel confident in your exercises, and help maintain safety. BONUS: Anyone who attends will have exclusive access to a video exercise library.
