This 12-week HYROX Training Program coached by Liz Jones is designed to prepare athletes of all
levels for the
Phoenix HYROX Race through a hands-on,
performance-focused training experience. Participants will develop strength,
endurance, and strategy to perform their best on race day — while learning the
form, pacing, and mindset that set elite HYROX athletes apart.

 

Classes will be held in the Mpower Camp Room, offering
an energetic group environment with expert coaching and guided progression
through each HYROX discipline.

Wednesdays: 4:30 PM
Saturdays: 9:30 AM

pricing

1x/week (12 sessions): $120 total

2x/week (24 sessions): $200 total
