CLASS OFFERINGS & DESCRIPTIONS

IGNITE CLASSES

ABS & STRETCH: A 30-minute class focused on strengthening the abdominal muscles and improving flexibility. All levels welcome.

AMP’d: This challenging workout focuses on strength and resistance movements, interspersed with bursts of cardio to build muscle while keeping your heart rate in the fat-burning zone. A variety of equipment and exercise techniques will be used to make you stronger, increase your endurance, and improve your speed and agility. Let’s get AMP’d! All levels welcome.

45 MINUTE EXPRESS AMP’d: A 45-minute version of AMP’d. This challenging workout focuses on strength and resistance movements, interspersed with bursts of cardio to build muscle while keeping your heart rate in the fat-burning zone. A variety of equipment and exercise techniques will be used to make you stronger, increase your endurance, and improve your speed and agility. Let’s get AMP’d!

BOOT CAMP: A total body workout that will challenge your body using a variety of equipment, exercises, and drills, with a mix of cardio, strength, balance, core, and flexibility. All levels welcome.

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Get your heart rate up in a class that incorporates basic martial arts strikes and kicks, as well as bodyweight exercises. This class is designed to challenge the whole body and leave you energized! All levels welcome.

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Work at your own pace as you rotate through interval-timed strength and cardio stations in this total-body conditioning circuit class. All levels welcome.

DANCE FUSION: Love to dance? Then you’ll love Dance Fusion! This class has it all – Latin, hip hop, Top40, etc. Any and all types of dance can be included in this fun, upbeat, cardio-based class. All levels welcome.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: This class thinks outside the box of traditional strength training by allowing your body to perform real-life activities in real-life positions. Functional Fitness will improve balance, core, and coordination with exercises that use multiple joints, muscles, and planes of movement. All levels welcome.

GLUTES, CARDIO, & CORE: This class focuses on strengthening your lower body and core muscle through various sets of resistance based exercises, short cardio bursts, and floor work utilizing a variety of equipment. All levels welcome.

H.E.A.T: High Energy Athletic Training is designed to push you out of your comfort zone with various athletic drills, endurance-based strength training, and heavy lifting, and bursts of cardio intervals utilizing a variety of equipment. With no two workouts being alike, you will be challenged mentally and physically to bring out the best you!

H.E.A.T Strength: High Energy Athletic Training STRENGTH takes weight training to a new level! Work through various functional movements at high intensity by utilizing bodyweight, strength, and resistance exercises with a variety of equipment, and heavy lifting. This full-body workout will help improve strength and sculpt all major muscle groups while leaving you feeling like a true athlete!

30 MINUTE XPRESS H.E.A.T: A 30-minute intense version of HEAT. High Energy Athletic Training is designed to push you out of your comfort zone with various athletic drills, endurance-based strength training, and heavy lifting, and bursts of cardio intervals utilizing a variety of equipment. With no two workouts being alike, you will be challenged mentally and physically to bring out the best you!

HIGH FITNESS: HIGH Fitness is modernized, easy to follow, choreographed aerobics set to music you know and love! Old-school aerobics are mixed with modern fitness techniques such as high-intensity interval training, plyometrics, cardio and strength intervals, and more. Options for all levels provided. You can go high or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a method of repeated bouts of high-intensity, short-duration intervals intermingled with lower intensity intervals of active recovery. This class is a mixture of both strength and cardio. All levels welcome.

30 MINUTE XPRESS HIIT: A 30-minute intense version of HIIT. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a method of repeated bouts of high-intensity, short-duration intervals intermingled with lower intensity intervals of active recovery. This class is a mixture of both strength and cardio. All levels welcome.

HIP HOP: Get your groove on in this high energy class that combines Top 40 dance choreography and cardio. All levels welcome.

MIXXEDFIT®: MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning.

MUSCLE: A full-body strength training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. All levels welcome.

POUND®: POUND® is a cardio workout inspired by the energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.  All levels welcome. Limited amount of Ripstix™ available for member use. First come, first serve.

STEP: Step is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform. This cardiovascular class gives you heart-pumping routines to improve heart and lung health, and burn calories. All levels welcome.

STRONG by ZUMBA®: STRONG by Zumba™ combines high-intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

TABATA: This intense class works the entire body. TABATA training is a form of High-Intensity Interval Training that consists of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest – this interval is repeated over the course of the class. All levels welcome.

TURBO KICK LIVE: Turbo Kick Live offers cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. Prepare for fun with this high intensity, fast-paced workout! All levels welcome.

ZUMBA: Energizing dance class featuring exotic rhythms and choreography set to high-energy Latin and international beats. All levels welcome.

ZUMBA GLOW PARTY: Surrounded by black lights and club lights for a night of hip-shaking, laughter, hooping, and glowing! Bring your glowing jewelry and all of your energy for a fun 55 minutes of Zumba Glow! All levels welcome.

ZUMBA TONING: This is an energizing dance class featuring exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats with strength and toning exercises. All levels welcome.

Accelerate (Cycle) Classes

CYCLE-CORE: A ride guaranteed to make you both sweat and sculpt! Classes incorporate strength, endurance, and intervals on the bike, followed by core strengthening exercises on the floor. All levels welcome.

CYCLE-HIIT: Come prepared for 30-35 minutes in the cycle room working on the bike, followed by 20-25 minutes in the group fitness room working on muscular endurance. The perfect combo of high-intensity cardio and strength! All levels welcome.

DJ CYCLE: A high-energy atmosphere with music provided by a live DJ to ensure your time is well spent. Plan to work in and out of the saddle with some added choreography, changing of speeds and resistance intensity, and have a great time while working up a sweat! All levels welcome.

SPORT CYCLE: This class simulates outdoor cycling with hills and flats by incorporating various intervals of strength and endurance geared towards maximizing your athleticism, and may also incorporate rhythmic rides to the beat of the music. All levels welcome.

STUDIO CYCLE: Pedal to the beat and be in-sync with your moves in our Studio Cycle class! This class is typically a choreographed ride that may incorporate sculpting with light dumbbells, push-ups, tap-backs, and side-to-side or forward-back motions while incorporating various speeds and resistance levels. All levels welcome.

75 MINUTE CYCLE: A 75 minute extended version of any of our Cycle classes – Studio, Sport, or DJ. All levels welcome.

XPRESS CYCLE: A 30-minute ride guaranteed to make you sweat. Classes incorporate strength, endurance, and intervals. All levels welcome.

Serenity (Mind & Body)

BARRE CLASSIC: This barre format brings a hybrid of traditional ballet conditioning techniques, yoga, and resistance training at the barre or on the mat with primarily bodyweight and may incorporate various equipment such as light dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs, and exercise balls. This class will help lengthen, strengthen, and tone by targeting four major muscle groups at once—thighs, arms, abdominals, and glutes—while learning traditional ballet barre terminology. All levels welcome.

BARRE HIIT: A fusion of ballet-inspired moves with added cardio and low-impact plyometric intervals. This barre format will elevate your heart rate and work on building total-body strength and lean muscle mass by working at the barre or on the mat with bodyweight or various equipment such as light dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs, and exercise balls. All levels welcome.

BARRE SCULPT: A total body workout heavily focused on resistance training and core exercises while incorporating the fundamentals of ballet. This barre style is designed to sculpt every muscle in your body while lengthening from head to toe while working at the barre or on the mat with bodyweight or various equipment such as light dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs, and exercise balls. All levels welcome.

75 Min. YOGA: 75-minute Practice. Experience the tranquility of movement as you connect mind, body, and spirit through a series of poses. This class is intended for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level progressions.

75 MIN VIN-YIN YOGA: This  75 minute class is a combination of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. The first half of the class will offer an exhilarating Vinyasa style flow set to fun, upbeat music.  The second half of class will conclude with a Yin sequence incorporating stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints by holding poses anywhere from 2-5 minutes.

FLOW YOGA: A class focused on connecting breath with movement through a fun mixture of postures.

This class will leave you feeling strong, yet calm and focused. All levels welcome.

GENTLE YOGA: Experience the tranquility of movement as you connect mind, body and spirit through a series of poses. This class is intended for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level progressions.

HIP HOP YOGA: Experience an energetic, upbeat all-levels yoga set to Hip Hop music. All levels welcome.

PILATES FUSION: Provides the Pilates Mat focus on strengthening and conditioning the core muscles with the added benefit of a variety of flowing Yoga postures that create a dynamic, well-rounded Mind-Body experience. This class is an equal balance of Pilates and Yoga. All levels welcome.

PILATES MAT: Increase body awareness and improve posture with exercises that focus on the core utilizing the entire mind/body connection. All levels welcome.

PIYO LIVE: PiYo® LIVE is inspired by the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates as well as the strength and flexibility of Yoga movements. Utilizes bodyweight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves. Set to upbeat music and a fast pace. All levels welcome.

POP PILATES: POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock-solid core and a lean dancer’s body like nothing else can. All levels welcome.

POWER YOGA: This class is designed for those who want to sweat. An exhilarating Vinyasa style class set to fun, upbeat music. Explore inversions and arm balances while experiencing stillness within motion.

RESTORATIVE STRETCH: A gentle, warm blend of stretches designed to help with alignment and range of motion that focuses on the restorative and renewing nature of Yoga. This class offers a deep stretch in combination with relaxation. These poses are designed to recharge your energy, heal the effects of stress and bring you to a more balanced state. All levels welcome.

RESTORATIVE YOGA: This class offers a gentle practice that focuses on the restorative and renewing nature of Yoga. These poses are designed to recharge your energy, heal the effects of stress and bring you to a more balanced state. The practice may also include aspects of yin yoga, somatic practice, self-myofascial release, yoga Nidra, and pranayama. All levels welcome.

ROLL & RELEASE: The foam rollers will assist to enhance core strength, stabilization, balance, and coordination. This class will enable you to utilize your own body weight in conjunction with the foam roller and other equipment to achieve the many benefits of foam rolling including myofascial release, increased blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues and self-massage. All levels welcome.

ROLL, RELEASE & RESTORE: This is a combination of several Yoga styles (Yin, Restorative, and Nidra) and Roll and Release. This class uses foam rollers, blocks, and other tools to help relieve tension, tight tissue and fascia, and sore muscles. You will learn how to stretch properly, restoring muscles and tissue surrounding them. The emphasis is on relaxation with a longer final savasana pose as well as Nidra for the final meditation. All levels welcome.

SIMPLY STRETCH A gentle, warm blend of stretches designed to help with alignment and range of motion. The focus of this class is to offer a deep stretch in combination with relaxation. All levels welcome.

TONE & ROLL: This strength-building class utilizes foam rollers, tennis balls, and resistance bands for a total body workout incorporating muscle release and recovery. Loosen the muscles with the foam roller, then activate them in a resistance/strength workout, and finish with a deeper myofascial release. All levels welcome.

YIN YOGA: Slow down, hold, and breathe. This class focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints by holding poses anywhere from 2-5 minutes. All levels welcome.

YOGA: Experience the tranquility of movement as you connect mind, body and spirit through a series of poses. This class is intended for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level progressions.

YOGA 101: A great place to begin, this class creates a strong foundation using the principles of alignment.

YOGA FUSION: This class offers traditional Yoga poses while also incorporating other elements of exercise. It may be infused with cardio, strength and resistance training, components of Pilates or Barre, and a variety of equipment may be used. Take your Yoga practice to the next level with this creative and diverse class. All levels welcome.

YOGA NIDRA: Experience deep relaxation during a guided meditation meant to positively impact and recondition your mind’s subconscious layers. All levels welcome.

YOGA SCULPT: Experience a total body workout combing yoga postures with weights and cardio. All levels welcome.
