1. **Eligibility:** The Arizona Diamondbacks and Make-A-Wish Foundation Ticket Giveaway ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. **Entry Period:** The Contest begins on May 23, 2024 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") and ends on [June 14, 2024] at 11:59 PM MT ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.

3. **How to Enter:** To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form available on the Contest landing page. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. **Prize Details:** Two (2) grand prize winners will each receive the following:
- A Family 4-Pack of tickets to the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Chicago White Sox game on Sunday, June 16, 2024. No rainchecks.
- The opportunity to play catch on the field with family prior to the game.
- A special Father’s Day gift package, including a personalized Diamondbacks jersey, an autographed gift, and a family keepsake photo.
- Access to a premium luxury suite during the game, with complimentary food and beverages. Suite will be shared with other winners.

5. **Winner Selection:** The winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within one (1) day following the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. **Notification:** The winners will be notified via email or phone within one (1) day of the drawing date. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. **Prize Claim:** To claim the prize, winners must provide valid identification and sign any necessary release forms. Prize must be claimed within 2 days of notification.

8. **Publicity:** By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. **General Conditions:** The Arizona Diamondbacks and Make-A-Wish Foundation reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

10. **Release:** By participating, entrants release the Arizona Diamondbacks, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. **Governing Law:** The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. **Sponsor:** The Contest is sponsored by the Arizona Diamondbacks, located at Chase Field, 401 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix, AZ 85004, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, located at 2901 N 78th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
