Mountainside Fitness has more than 80 group fitness classes every week at most locations, all included with your membership. Choose from a variety of classes including Yoga, Spin, Zumba, HllT, Barre, mat Pilates and many more, All experience levels welcome and our certified instructors will help you get the most out of your class.

Our fitness centers have three specialized fitness studios so you can choose the classes you enjoy. Our Serenity yoga studio gets you in the right frame of mind so our instructors can help you get the most out of your yoga practice. The Accelerate cycle studio features state-of-the-art LeMond spin bikes, crystal clear sound systems, and lighting which means business. The Ignite Group X studio is large and spacious so you have space to get the most out of your favorite class whether it be Zumba, H.I.I.T., Tabata or one of our many other options.

I am a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher with additional training in Yin, Restorative, Hot, Power, Vinyasa, and meditation. I've also received MSF certification in Muscle, HIIT, Tabata, and AMP'd. I have been teaching at Mountainside since March 2019.

I have since become an AFAA certified GFI teaching Tabata, HIIT, Muscle, AMPd, Glutes Cardio Core, Sport Cycle, PPZ and I am the proud creator of Tone and Roll. I teach Primarily at Marina Heights and Chandler but can be found at Ahwatukee, Indian Bend and as a sub at various locations! Come join me for one of my many classes OR if you see me on the floor lifting weights, stop and say hello!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. My love for fitness started with teaching kickboxing and Pilates. From there, I started one on one training, which gave me the ability to create customized workouts based on my clients’ needs. I am certified through NASM/AFAA, and continue to expand my knowledge through continuing education courses and self-studies. I am extremely passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. My style of training is using a combination of strength and cardio. I incorporate boxing/kickboxing for those who want to increase their cardiovascular goals. I want to maximize their time to really help my clients push themselves and do something they thought they would never be able to do. The greatest compliment is when I see clients’ progress within just a few sessions. I enjoy working with individuals who want to lose weight and are not afraid to pushed. I am persistent and what they call “hardcore trainer”. In addition to providing one on one training, I teach a variety of classes.

I have been with Mountainside Fitness since March 2019 and have enjoyed every minutes of it. I love how Zumba incorporates rhythms from all over the world, allowing everyone to come together to dance in harmony. I look forward to sharing my passion with you!

My educational background includes a bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin in Health and Human Performance, as well as a master’s from the University of California in Exercise Science. My certifications include: Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) – Group Fitness, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) - Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/First Aid, and a multitude of other specialty certifications within each discipline.
