Our fitness centers have 3 fitness studios so you can choose the classes you enjoy. Our dedicated yoga studio gets you in the right frame Of mind so our instructors can help you get the most out Of your yoga practice. The cycle studio features state Of the art equipment, crystal clear sound systems and lighting that means business. The Group X studio is large and spacious so you have space to get the most out of your favorite class whether it be Zumba, Tabata or one of our many other options.

Hey! My name is Lisa and my true love is fitness inspiration and motivation! I have been with Mountainside for nearly 2 years and I started out teaching Barre. I have since become an AFAA certified GFI teaching Tabata, HIIT, Muscle, AMPd, Glutes Cardio Core, Sport Cycle, PPZ and I am the proud creator of Tone and Roll. I teach Primarily at Marina Heights and Chandler but can be found at Ahwatukee, Indian Bend and as a sub at various locations! This class will help lengthen, strengthen and tone by targeting four major muscle groups at once thighs, arms, abdominals, and glutes while learning traditional ballet barre terminology. BARRE CLASSIC This barre format brings a hybrid of traditional ballet conditioning techniques, yoga, and resistance training at the barre or on the mat with primarily bodyweight and may incorporate various equipment such as such as light dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs and exercise balls. This class will help lengthen, strengthen and tone by targeting four major muscle groups at once thighs, arms, abdominals, and glutes while learning traditional ballet barre terminology.
