I focus on building strength and cardio fitness in all of my classes. You can find me on IG @coach_heather_fitness I have an AFFA Group Fitness Certification, Beatboss Cycle, NASM Nutrition, AFFA GEAR Cyle, and am certified for all styles of cycle with Mountainside, Muscle, PPZ, Roll and Release, Tabata and HIIT! My goal is to help you reach your personal goals while having fun and building a fitness and friendship community. I am certified in various group fitness formats and have been with Mountainside since 2019! I have a lot of experience with gyms and working out. I used to run half marathons for fun and have tried various types of fitness modalities including many cycle formats, functional training and crossfit. GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

Exercise your mind and body

Here you can view Mountainside Fitness’ group fitness class schedule. We have more than 80 group fitness classes every week at most locations, all included with your membership. Choose from a variety of classes including Yoga, Spin, Zumba, HllT, Barre, mat Pilates, SilverSneakers and many more. All experience levels welcome and our certified instructors will help you get the most out of your class.

Our fitness centers have three specialized fitness studios so you can choose the classes you enjoy. Our Serenity yoga studio gets you in the right frame of mind so our instructors can help you get the most out of your yoga practice. The Accelerate cycle studio features state-of-the-art LeMond spin bikes, crystal clear sound systems, and lighting which means business. The Ignite Group X studio is large and spacious so you have space to get the most out of your favorite class whether it be Zumba, H.I.I.T., Tabata or one of our many other options.
