In these unprecedented times (as we have all heard so often), so too is this 3rd installment of our Temporary Restraining Order/Preliminary Injunctive Relief hearing, and with that, I would invite everyone to call into the hearing this Monday, Aug. 3rd at 9:00 a.m. 

At this hearing, we will be presenting five (5) expert witnesses, all nationally and internationally renowned for their research in Epidemiology and Industrial hygiene. The positions these individuals hold or have held are some of the most prestigious in our state, country, and internationally. We look forward to presenting real and definitive data along with these testimonies and declarations that all Gyms and Studios should be able to re-open safely and immediately.
