What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines endurance running and functional strength training into one standardized competition. Each event features eight one-kilometer runs, each followed by a unique functional workout station such as sled pushes and pulls, rowing, farmers carries, sandbag lunges, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls.
