Update on Gov. Ducey’s Order 6/29

Update 7/10/20
Normally, we run membership billing on the 2nd of each month, however, due to the current situation we have decided to pause billing until we have a ruling from the court.  A very small percent of Members that have “EFT” draft did run this am and we are working to make sure those are credited back.

To: All MSF Members

I am sorry to announce that we have lost our bid for a temporary restraining order against the State of AZ.  As I stated previously, we would comply with the Judge’s orders if we were denied.  With that said, we will be closing down all the clubs today at 2pm with the intention to re-open July 27th per Gov. Ducey’s original mandate. As we announced last week, we were not billing any member for July and all memberships will be “paused” until we re-open. Also, I have decided to pay all MSF employees through the 26th of July.”

I’d like to personally thank my team members for standing strong during this past week. I would like to thank all the MSF members and Arizona as a community for the incredible support we have had this past week. You have been truly inspiring!!

Be Safe, exercise if you can and we look forward to seeing each of you back in the clubs July 27th!

Sincerely,
