Thank you for your continued support. We can attest to you that we have exhausted multiple avenues toward our re-opening, which includes our Motion for Contempt that has a hearing scheduled for Monday, 8/17 at 1:30 p.m. In addition, we too submitted our waiver of re-opening to the AZDHS, as outlined on their website, via hand-delivery on Tuesday, 8/11 (no response). We are aware that one other fitness center was allowed this waiver. At this time, Mountainside has and will continue to take all legal and procedural actions towards our re-opening, and we look forward to the next week which should include positive outcomes.
