75-min Gong Yoga led by April Brophy

This is a chakra-centered class with a meditation, long holds, and a Gong played at key points along the practice. Participants will be asked to hold a pose and listen to the gong being struck in a specific pattern to help them achieve a higher state of awareness in said pose.
The Gong strikes can be powerful and loud. If you are living with severe anxiety or PTSD, caution must be exercised.
