Mountainside Fitness has more than 80 group fitness classes every week at most locations. Choose from a variety of classes including Yoga, Spin, Zumba, HIGH Fitness, Muscle, H.I.I.T., Barre, Pilates and many more. Our certified instructors will help you get the most out of your class. All experience levels welcome.

3 Group Fitness Studios Under One Roof

Our fitness centers have three group fitness studios so you can choose the classes you enjoy. Our dedicated yoga studio gets you in the right frame of mind so our instructors can help you get the most out of your yoga practice. Our cycle studio features state-of-the-art equipment, crystal clear sound systems and lighting to help you spin past that finish line. The Group Fitness studio is large and spacious so you have space to get the most out of your favorite class whether it be Zumba, HIIT, Tabata or one of our many other class options.
