Backbends are craved poses in yoga providing many benefits to the practice and the body. However, students are often met with the challenges of spinal compression, body resistance and/or lack of strength. This workshop will provide the tools needed to meet those challenges while feeling safe with the physical and emotional aspects of a backbending practice.
